Lilac + Honey delivers to Ellensburg, Kittitas, Thorp, Roslyn, and Cle Elum, Washington.
How soon in advance should I order flowers for delivery?
At least 24 hours in advance.
We order flowers for the week with the goal of selling out by the end of the week Ordering earlier in the week ensures that we have the product to fill your order. We will do same-day delivery if we can, just call the shop and ask!
What does “Designer’s Choice” mean?
“Designer’s Choice” means that the designer gets the creative freedom to make you something truly stunning and unique with flowers of the season.

Delivery: Lilac and Honey are not responsible for ensuring the recipient is home to receive the flowers. L + H is not responsible for how the weather conditions may affect the flowers, should the client not be home to receive the flowers directly. L & H includes care instructions with every flower order and is not responsible for how flowers are cared for once received. Client acknowledges that this is a perishable item with a limited lifespan, that requires proper care in order to live.
Refunds: All refund requests must be accompanied by photographic evidence and details on environmental conditions. Refunds will not be considered without visual proof. Complaints must be made within 3 days after delivery.
Lilac and Honey are not responsible for the consumption of flowers by children or pets. While L & H always strives to use pet-friendly flowers, we cannot guarantee none-toxicity and are not responsible for knowing what will negatively affect them.
